Share Device

The Share Device feature allows you to give another Sensoware user access to a device without sharing your account credentials.

Before You Begin

Make sure that:

• The device is connected to your Sensoware account.
• The person receiving access has a Sensoware account.
• You have the email address associated with their account.

Share a Device

1. Open the device you want to share.
2. Open the device options.
3. Tap Share Device.
4. Enter the recipient's registered email address.
5. Review the sharing details.
6. Tap Share to send the invitation.

Manage Shared Access

Open the device's sharing options to view the people who currently have access. From here, you can review or remove a user's access when it is no longer required.

Troubleshooting

If the device cannot be shared:

1. Confirm that the email address is correct.
2. Check that the recipient has a Sensoware account.
3. Make sure your device is connected and available in the app.
4. Check your internet connection and try again.
